X-Ray

Form of electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength approximately in the range of 5 pm - 10 nanometers (corresponding to frequencies in the range 30 PHz - 60 EHz). X-rays are primarily used for diagnostic medical imaging, crystallography and in astronomy. This category is only intended for medical applications in imaging.
